1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The product received does not match the description

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

Refund/Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for safety & hygiene reasons:

  • Skincare products (opened or used)

  • Beauty tools used on skin or body

  • Health & personal care items

  • Digital products

  • Items marked “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale”


3. Return Process

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Approval

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, a refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Your original payment method

  • Or store credit (if preferred)


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of our error, shipping is completely free.


6. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The customer wants a size or color change (if available)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible—you may request a return after delivery.
